Finding gigs to go to for cheap is fairly easy – they’re not always good, but they’re there – but finding recorded music for free or under a fiver – without using streaming services, you know for those like me who still use things like iPods –  can be a bit trickier.

So I have looked far and wide – I went deep into Bandcamp – and here you’ll get some of my findings.
